Nightlife in San Antonio, Texas

Going on business trip for a week, does anyone know where the best places to go or clubs, lounges, or where the woman at?? I know they are everywhere but you know what I mean.....Suggestions??

River Walk bro. Its a stretch of places/clubs/bars/restaurants on the river. I live in austin, about an hour north of SA so dont really know specifics. If you had time just come up to Austin and hit 6th street, much better of a party town than SA.

Well, I could easily go to Austin, its just that my hotel is in San Antonio and its damn nice one, kinda wish I could take me a cutie back for a cocktail or coffee

The Drury Hotel on the river walk ! If you go down to the basement of the hotel, you'll be right on the river walk.There are alot of clubs,restaurants, stores there. The hotel has awesome breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening drinks.........FREE !

I guess they're all getting tough... Even TX is needing money, although not nearly as horrible of a budget mess as CA. The Los Angeles Police NEVER NEVER gave speeding tickets unless you were going about 120 in a school zone, or something radical. Now they ticket for everything from 10 miles over, to dim license plate lights. I used to completely ignore LAPD cars, which habitually drive slowly in neighborhoods. I've even passed them on a double yellow line! Never a ticket. But I hear it's not that way anymore in 2010.
