next cycle

Alright my EF pals,

Here's what Im thinking for my next cycle - im pretty excited. Looking for a lean bulk, strength and some (hopefully insane) vascularity.

Stats 29, 195, 6ft, <10% BF, 3rd cycle

1-14 EQ 600mg EW
1-14 Test E 300mg EW
1-8 Tren E 400mg EW
8-14 Var 50mgED

4- 14 250IU HCG twice a week

16-20 PCT 20mg Nolva, Sustain, Unleashed, Post Cycle

Any thoughts? Jy only concern is abxiety from the EQ at 600 mg - have people had good results from 400mg EQ?

I would, lower the eq to 400mg, run the tren at the end of the cycle, and increase the test to 100mg higher than the tren for sure. You might want to cut the doses down a little, that's a lot of gear. Other than that it looks fine.

Ok, but If I runn the tren at the end with the var im gonna be on a massive amount of gear weekly. Was gonna run the tren at the start like I have before for strength

Maybe this would be better -

1-14 EQ 400mg EW
1-14 Test E 400mg EW
1-8 Tren E 400mg EW
8-14 Var 50mgED

4- 14 250IU HCG twice a week

16-20 PCT 20mg Nolva, Sustain, Unleashed, Post Cycle

OR

1-5 EQ 600mg EW
6-14 EQ 400mg EW
1-14 Test E 400mg EW
6-14 Tren E 400mg EW
8-14 Var 50mgED

???? Im Ok with being on 1.5g for the last 6 weeks

6ft. 195lbs..... what does your training and diet look like? maybe if you changed one of those you would see more results from less gear

This is a very good point. I put on 20lbs. during a 6 week cycle of tren and test prop only. I ate like it was my job and trained my ball$ off. It can be done with far less gear. And I'm 6'4" and 215 when I started.

If tren gives you huge strength then do it either way. I just think you would rather lean out towards the end of the cycle. Is this your first go with tren? If so you better go with the ace instead. Sides can be deminished much quicker do to the short ester.

Hey,

Thanks for the advice. No my last cycle was 10 weeks tren/ test e. I started at 185 16%BF, finished 195 at <10BF. I was on a strict Keto diet to start, then a carb cycle. I got the results I wanted.

Ill post up my final progress pics

Next cycle Im looking for something similar, slow lean gains - ill be eating no more than 500 cals above BMR.

But yeah, Its a lotta gear

Are you doing cardio?

I like to use cardio as an extension of the diet. If i'm cutting and my cals are getting too high for the week, throw in some extra cardio to even it out. If bulking and cals are down, drop the cardio for the rest of the week.

Sometimes its easier to manage cals by the week. As in shoot for 3,500 cals over for the week instead of 500 over for a day.

cool thanks on e breath - I am looking for a diet change now my BF is where I want it. Im looking at about 30% carbs 20% fat %0% Protein, say around 3500 cals a day.

Im an ecto so so need to start eating like one! Onebreath/ Chocolate, what kind or carb/protein/fat do you eat?

May sound like a newb question, but when you calculate do you measure by weight or calorie value (ie 1g protein is approx 4 cals and 1g fat is approx 9 cals)

For a given day i end up with 40% protein / 35% carbs / 25% fat. My maintenance is about 3,000 cals so i shoot for the following:

250 grams protein
325 grams carbs
85 grams fat (i try to keep sat fat down as much as possible)

Now this might seem to not match up with the macro ratios. The thing is that 80 grams of those 325 grams of carbs are fiber. I take these out of the calculation. I take in a lot of fiber from flaxmeal (also has good fats) and green veggies. This keeps the food moving through you and water retention down. If you want to cut fat upping the fiber is a great way to go.

Also i try to time the carbs so the majority come in the first half of the day. So the day is a balancing act between carbs and fat. As carbs go down during the day fat goes up. But protein always stays good and even.

awesome thanks, thats exactly what I needed. My BMR is about 2700. All my fats come from EFA's (lotta flax, natty PB, olive oil, fish oil).

So carbs early on, fats later - do you eat a lot of PB? I like to add it to my bedtime shake for the slow release.

What carbs are you eating thats high in fibre - I tend to stick to oats in the morning and 2 portions of brown rice i the day. Do you by any chance have a full diet plan you could PM me bro?

How much cardio do you do? Do you get a lottagrowth from 3500 cals?

I always suggest more test than tren. I like your compounds, but would run the tren at the end of the cycle with the test, eq, and var.

When on cycle I will put down 335-350g of protein a day, 260g carbs and 60g fat. Same idea as Onebreath, in eating the majority of carbs before 5:00pm. Just go by g per day, trying to count all of that out is a waste. It takes too long.

Personally i grow plenty on 3500 cals. But that's just my bodytype. Its a lot harder to loose weight than to gain it for me.

On the carb timing def little to no carbs after 6. Essentially our bodies just don't know what to do with them once we start to wind down the day. Unless of course your schedule involves late night training.

On the diet, half of my diet is liquid right now. I don't really recommend this, its just something that's helped me finetune my macros. I eat 6 meals each day and the first 3 meals are shakes with:

1 scoop whey
1 scoop cyto gainer
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup flaxmeal

This gives me 1,500 cals.

Then the last 3 meals fall into the chicken/broccoli or eggs/spinach realm. Essentially a protein and green vegetable. With chicken i'll throw in some cheese for fat. I'll do the same with eggs if they are eggbeaters.

Sometimes i'll make a shake for my last meal with whey and peanut butter (all natural of course, gotta watch the sugar count on these)

For fiber, the majority of what i get comes from the flaxmeal. This is a wonderful and underrated food IMO. Good fats, some protein, and tons of fiber. Here's my favorite.

Bob's Red Mill::Flours & Meals::Flaxseed Meal

For cardio i do 3 or 4 sessions a week (depending on how my cals are coming along might be none might be more) and its usually interval based. I find it hard to do long steady state cardio. I just get so damn bored. I like stair stepper intervals, treadmill walking/sprinting intervals, and jumping rope.
