height 6'2
start weight 220lbs body fat approx 16 %
current weight 235lbs. body fat approx 19%
current cycle
weeks 1-10 dbol pyramid from 15mg a day to 40 mg a day and back down to 15mg by week 10
week 2 Test E 250 mg
weeks 3-7 Test E 500mg
weeks 8-9 Test E 750 mg
weeks 10-15 Test E 600 mg
week 16 Test E 300mg

week 7 EQ 150mg
week 8-16 EQ 300mg
week 17 EQ 150mg


I have omnadren 250 and qv deca300
I will most likely run 500mg of omna
along with 300mg of deca each week for 10 weeks

10 weeks of dbol :worried: and then you tapered it.. :worried: Im not sure why alot of the new guys start off like this...even your test is up and down...then you ran EQ starting week 7 and going for a cycle that is really 17 weeks... :worried: How many cycles have you done....because this one has a slew of problems...Also you went from 16% to 19% how was your diet??? Your cycle (if set up properly) should have looked like this

Dbol wks 1-4 30mgs ED
Test - E wks 1-14 500mgs a/wk
EQ wks 1-14 400mgs a/wk

Do you even have PCT for the cycle your running?

we've been all over his diet and this cycle in his other thread.....he's starting to come around so be easy on him for now! he got hammered pretty hard for it on the other thread!
 
Nah thats cool DRRMAN. I look for feed back as you know my pct is nolva/clomid/hcg along with 1 good raping from a zoo gorrilla a day LMFAO!!!
 
Just to let you know your next cycle should atleast involve a cutting portion. Not to be rude bro but you could look alot better if you weren't @ 19%.

Agreed.....38532 if you went from 16% to 19% then touching omnas and deca (if you dont dial in your diet) will put you well over 20%......Mr.X will probably chime in here and let you know that you need to fix your diet BEFORE you consider a next cycle..

As for your next cycle bro, what you have laid out there looks pretty good just taking a glance. again though....no need to taper test or dball up and down. just start at a dosage and run it

week 1-10 500mg sust or omna/week
week 1-10 400-500mg deca/week(if you like deca...i personally do not)
week 1-5 dball 35mg/day

but again, your diet and protein intake is MUCH more important that the comnpounds and dosages you are going to run.......you are also coming off a pretty high dosage test cycle there, as i see you are up at 750mg/week in it. so you may even want to step up your test this next cycle to 750mg/week. but i would suggest you take two months off after you finish your current one bro.....you have 7 weeks left, then PCT, then time off. I would probably change up the one you are on now also

keep the test at 750mg all the way out, up the eq to 600mg/week all the way out....you are already shut down and have done a pretty screwed up cycle, go with this and get the most out of the weeks you have left....and get your diet in check of course. If you play this right you could pack on 15 more lbs and lose some bodyfat too......start doing your cardio NOW....and if you are planning on being ripped or under 10%bf as you said in your other thread that diet you posted is way too many carbs to be losing bodyfat on......so you need to decide what you want with whats left bro....bulking or losing bodyfat
 
DRRMAN thanks for the input I just got my delivery this minute of ECA from bodybuilding.com and I will start cardio after I finish the dbol this week. But I will stay on the bulk diet for the most part.

I completely agree with sf here.... get rid of the ramping.... dbol for 4 weeks.... EQ from the start.... I might consider running the test a little longer than the EQ to ease EQ crash.... one other suggestion that you may not like to hear, drop some body fat FIRST....then start your cycle.... you'll see much better results... good luck bro!
