next cycle

...just planning right now, going for lean strenght and size as usual. probably wont start until august or so, but here it goes

test e: 750mg/wk 1-12
tren e: 600mg/wk 2-8
winny: 100mg/wk 2-8

basically a mirror of my last cycle only more dosage.

good gains, about 400-450gm protein roughly a day, around 5,000 cals....i just didnt have any sides on this cycle and figure why not up the doses a little and get better gains. i was happy with the last cycle but not happy enough.
 
I am not a big fan of bulking on those compounds. Personally I think they are a little hard in the sides department.

Why not consider the old tried and true - Test/Deca/D-Bol bulker?

Personally I like Prop/NPP/Var the best in that department.

sorry, but im just not a big fan up upping doses if you made good gains on last cycle.

if you up the dose a little each cycle, soon you will be well over 1 g of test and....

my belief is to use as little amout of gear as possible to accomplish goals.

1. what were stats before last cycle?
2. what gear/doses did your last cycle consist of?
3. what are/were your stats after the cycle?
4. what are your goals/stats?

2. test e: 500mg/wk wk 1-12
tren e: 300mg/wk wk 2-8
winny: 60mg/ed wk 2-8
3. 183lbs, 10% bf
4. goals: to get stronger than ive ever been with minimal bloat and fat gain.

1-8 Prop 100mg EOD
1-8 Tren Ace 100mg EOD
1-8 Var 60mg ED

You will get strong as hell with that..

that looks cool, what about replacing var with t-bol? is tbol not stronger than var?

you gained 21 pounds and lost 4% bf....and that was not enough? are you crazy, no flame intended.

no need to increase doseages. run the same cycle. you stated that you did not get any sides..do you want sides?

it just seems crazy to up the dose when you get those kind of results.
only up the doses when you stop gaining off of a certain dose.

like i said, im not trying to flame you...but the way you are headed, things could get out of control in a few years

well i was lookin for strenght gains and to keep lean as possible. my bench went from like 205 to about 285 but for me thats not good enough. i want to go well over 300 and just increasing the dose seems like i will get even farther so why not. if i experience sides then i ll not only have nolv on hand, but will realize that this dose is too much. im actually considering 1 g of test now mixed with about 700mg of tren a week.

homie i'm really really not trying to flame you on this one at all... believe me.. cuz u seem like a hard working guy...

but u want to go on a gram of test and 700 mg of tren to bench over 300?
Some halfway decent training,food, and a little time would do that for you. You have to give your body time guy.. wats the rush? If we were talking about going from a bench in the 400s to a 500 bench then you could consider the doses you are talking about, but I was a 160 pound kid in high school and could bench in the 300s. Please just give yourself some more time to grow.

really bad idea IMHO. your bench went up 80 freaking pounds...not good enough? this is the reason that steroids have a bad name, and i think you should be careful. dont you think that you could get your bench up another 15 pounds naturally? of course you could. with 500mg test only it would probably go up another 50 pounds. you are abusing, not using steroids.

im 23, lifting for 10 years now. never even benched near 225 naturally. my genetics suck.
 
bro lets get ur pct in check... u wouldnt have to up ur dosages but as i recal u lost a huge chunk of ur gains of dbol test deca bulker u ran this oct-nove-december

I did a test/tren/winny cycle...it was my best one to date, mine looked like this and I owuld consider doing it this way:

test e 1-12 - 500mg ew
tren e 1-8 - 300mg ew
winny 6-12 - 75mg ed

Except I used prop at the begining and end of my cycle but thats pretty much it. I would use more than 100 mg ew, unless that was a typo.
