This will be my second cycle its shorter them my last by two weeks but I havent bought anything yet just wanted to see what you guys think.

weeks

1-8 Sust at 500mgs/week (weeks 4,5,6 at 750mgs)
1-6 Deca at 400mgs/week

I want to through winn at the end at 50mg/day from weeks 4 till I start PCT since its bout 3 weeks after last sust injection.

adex .5ml ed and all that good stuff and PCT

what you guys think? Thanks

I do not like the up and down doses with test. Pick a dose and stay with it. Also I would run the test and deca for 10 weeks instead of 8 you will see better benefits. Running deca just 6 weeks is a waste.

Run the sust at 500 for 10 weeks instead of pyramid.

deca should be run for at least eight weeks...if it was me, i would run the deca and sust for the same amount of time IE Sust @500mg and deca @400mg for 10 weeks with a solid diet, lots of water, and arimidex.
