You can check my previous history for full cycle details... But here's the short story and stats... 4 total cycles, 2 in the last 2 years... Both of those recent cycles were pretty much the same, test-e @500mg, dbol kick starter, with proviron and var as well. One was a 10 week cycle, the most recent was a 16 week cycle. Good gains from both these previous cycles. I'm 44, been lifting my whole life, 5' 10" 210lbs @ 10-12% bf
I'd like to try sustanon 250 as the base of my next cycle for a couple of reasons, but have some questions. I'd go sust@500mg/wk. I'd like to try sust just to try a different compound than the test-e I've ran before, I'd also like to get in a short ester test to get some quicker test based gains. Goals for the cycle is lean mass.
My questions...
Compared to my test e cycles, would I expect the same type of gains from sust?
Do I need a dbol kicker in the beginner of a sust cycle, or will the shorter esters built into sust take care of that and eliminate the need for dbol?
I've done research on pinning frequency, but there's a million opinions. I've seen everyday, EOD and weekly... What's everybody's experience here? I plan on pinning once a week, is this ok with sust?
I've heard of pip from sust, I had no pain with test-e... Is sust worth the extra pip over the test-e? (Worth it meaning better/bigger gains?)
Finally, just looking for everybody's general opinion and past real world experience with sust cycles
