Hey guys,,, I'm ready to start my next course which I was planning to be sus/deca bulking.....until I relised I wouldn't be finished close to summer plus maintenance time I would be pretty soggy coming upto summer... So I've come up with some options if you could give your opinions would be great thanks.
I was either thinking running:
1-12 test prop
6-14 winny oral
6-14 var
Keto diet whole way through and shred up and try keep the same size I have and get leaner/harder/loose bf
Or run a pyramid course to try add a bit more size then cut same cycle, running high carb for 6 weeks with dbol,, 2 weeks maintain then run high calorie keto..
1-14 sus
1-6 dbol
8-14 winny
What would be the best option you think?? Any input would be great! Thank you
