my first cycle was test at 600 mg for 14 weeks, please critique my next cycle:


10 weeks
500mg Test E 2 pins a week
600mg Mast E 2 pins a week
500iu 2 pins a week
Arimidex 0.25mg EOD

unless you are competing or doing photo's for modelling there is no reason to run it

What are your full stats and goals for the cycle? HCG is horrible too man. And no mention of a diet or PCT at all. Makes me nervous.

Drop the HCG and up the arimidex dosage to .5mg EOD

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…
