so here's my stats first. im 5'6, 163-165 pounds, bodyfat at 10-12%, all abs visible, lower is visible as well, but not as much. i would like to start carb cycleing and will be doing cardio as well, 7 x a week, 45 minutes firsrt thing in the morning. low/moderate intensity cardio. 3.8mph at 3.0 incline. maybe in may, i will throw in another cardio sesssion after my weight training. last year, when i cut, i lost a ton of mucle, i was ripped but skinnny as fuck. i would like to add anavar and winstrol this year, to try and preserve as much muscle as possible. maybe even 125-250mg of test e a week. so heres the cycle i was thinking
weeks 1-12 test enanthate 125-250mg every week split into 2 shots, 1 shot every 4th day.
either first 8 weeks or last 8 weeks: winny at 50mg everyday
i have never ran var before: so if someone could suggest a good dose to start with?
i will be using lipostim3 and lipoflame as well.
my diet will be:
meal 1 post cardio: 2 scoops whey isolate, 2 servings steel cut oats
meal 2: 12 egg whites 1 yolk, 1 serving steel cut oats
meal 3: 6oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice
meal 4: 6oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice
meal 5: 6oz top round steak (cooked medium rare)
meal 6: 2 scoops of whey, i dont want carbs at night, not even a little. i know casein shake, or cottage cheese is better, but i want to completely cut carbs after my 4th meal.
every 4th day, i will carb-up with another serving of oats in meal 2, add 1 cup of brown rice to meals 3 and 4, an add 2 cups of brown ice to meal 5.
