Next cycle complete....starting today!

equipoise-400mg/week(12 weeks)
primobolin-1000mg/week(12 weeks)
winny-50mg/day(5 weeks)
anavar-100mg/day(14 weeks)
HGH-stepping up to 5iu's/day(3.33 right now)

and 250mg enantate ever 9 days(just to keep some test in me)

gonna run IGF in there also at 100mcg/day during the middle and at the end

im 6' 244lbs and probably closer to 10% BF right now i was tested at 8 two weeks ago but i think the tester was a moron.

i haven't run primo since i was 21 yrs old and then i only ran 300mg/week, also never ran anavar over 40mg/day!

I can't FUCKING WAIT till this shit starts kicking!

hell yeh, prop/tren/winny was probably one of my best cycles ever....i looked like a monster!! i wish i could run tren but i just came off of it two weeks ago.

im taking a bit of test in there just to keep some in my system....test in higher dosages makes me look like shit usually. I don't know about the anavar bro....im no pro on it but i've read that the shit can be magical at over 80mg/day!

this is definitely the most expensive cycle ever for me!

YEP...got it in yesterday! Im stoked about this cycle! im looking to get more ripped and stay there while hopefully adding a few lbs of lbm!

Nice, this is an interesting cycle. Good luck with it, i'm especially curious to see what the Anavar does for you at that dose. Might push me toward something like this next time around. Keep us ^dated... :p

i'll keep ya updated but its gonna be hard to single out whats giving me good results.....considering i do get good results that is.....i've never ran primo or anavar like this! MAN i can't wait for the beach in may!!
 
I am curious too as to how this will play out. The only thing that would worry me is a oral dose that high for that long. 100mg var ed for 14 weeks? Was that correct? I know that var is not harsh, but still runs through your liver. Anybody have other thoughts on this? I wish you the best with this one, I just wanted to know what you thought.

anavar isn't as nearly as bad as most orals....liver protectors will be included of course!

I still wouldnt run 14wks straight of var, or any oral for that matter. Not necessarily because of toxicity, but also because of the bodies ability to adapt to the compounds.
 
I dunno bout everyone else. But my body does MUCH better when i run test as a base of any cycle....just my .02
 
whats the primo concentration? if its 100/cc then there is gonna be a lot of oil in ya!

Hey bro, what kind of cal. intake are you planning w/ that monster :evil: of a cycle in relation to your maint. level? Looks awesome, I'm planning on running anavar w/ my cutter in a couple of wks.(50mg/day for 10wks). You're making me want to up it.
 
What are you taking for liver protection? 14 weeks of any oral is a long time. Especially at 100mg ED. I'm not saying I think you'll have problems, I've taken Winny for 10 wks at 50mg ED and had no problems, just curious what your planning on feeding your liver to keep it happy.
 
well, as of right now im taking in around 3k a day and dieting "somewhat" i have a friend thats competed nationally and has a degree in nutritional science who is helping me with my diet....i have been writing down everything i eat and he's charting me out a strict diet...when he is done with it i will post it....as of right now im just doing the chicken/sweet potatoe/protein shake thing along with oatmeal etc.....im not the smartest on the nutrition aspect, thats why im getting some help on that end....but im guess 3k calories or 4k at the most...im trying to get ripped as possible!
 
wat kinds of fat are u having on your diet? i am doing the chicken / sweet potato/ oatmeal/ egg white thing right now.. but i also am having my protein fat meals like chicen and natty PB, and right now im just having some eggs... 7 white and 3 whole.

doing the exact same as you bro although i have taken the oatmeal out and hitting just vegtables (such as romaine or brussel sprouts or broccolli) with protein for about the first 4 meals then the last 2 or 3 are protein and ANPB...working well with strentgh staying pretty good...hit 545 rack dead (pins little below knees) for 2 sets of 3 no wraps no belt no anything not even shoes at a weight of 200 lbs...although i did fuck up a bicep tendon...so im gonna back off the strength feats and go more for form and slow lowering of weight then explode up through it just to change things....


sorry if i jumped into someone elses thread but the cycle looks killer drrman im thinking of eq and high dosed var although im not sure...i cant use test as im already in need of a gyno surgery due to being so sensitive to it (yes i know eq aromatizes but at a much lower rate then test and i will be adding either proviron or masteron with nolva for that)...definitely want to see the strict diet when ya get it....

yup! im pretty much following the Mak diet .. its working well for me.. i know he said that its not for everyone.. but heck, if it works then im keeping it. jsut gotta start the morning cardio sometime soon! :rolleyes:

bro i feel what your saying for sure...i was writing down EVERYTHING that i ate or took supp wise and that got to be too hard after a while, think i made it a 2 weeks....diet is my weak point as well so i mainly just try and go by how i look in the mirror and adjust diet from there, it wasnt until quite recently (nov) that i sat down and read more and more on diet and i was shocked at how much of a change in body that one can make just by adding or taking minute things out....such as switching to 1 protein shake post workout and then relying on whole food for the rest....hit me with perioidic pm's and let me know your progress or changes ya make....

good luck with the cycle

adrogens help burn fat by peripheral CNS stimulation and also elevates mood for training
