For all of you newbies who are unfamiliar with how to properly acclimate your bodies to the effects of potent juice, the importance of gradually "cycling up" and "cycling down" whatever gear you use on your cycle cannot be stressed enough. Far too many bodybuilders make this mistake of not gradually making there bodies accustomed to juice; others stop their cycle COLD TURKEY. Both of these situations can be extremely harmful to the body. Thus, I will demonstrate an example of a "CYCLE SCHEDULE" that should be followed to optimize gains, while reducing toxicity and other side effects to the body. This must especially be followed when using more toxic forms of gear, such as Dbol (Dianabol to you newbies)---Here I will demonstrate

HOW TO PROPERLY COMMIT AN 8 WEEK, 30mg/ed DBOL CYCLE:

GRADUALLY "CYCLE UP"

Week 1:

Day 1 Take 1x5mg of Dbol each day
Day 2 Take 1x5mg of -----------------
Day 3 Take 2x5mg of -----------------
Day 4 Take 2x5mg of -----------------
Day 5 Take 3x5mg of -----------------
Day 6 Take 4x5mg of -----------------
Day 7 Take 5x5mg of -----------------

Weeks 2-7:

Take 30mg of Dbol per day

GRADUALLY "CYCLE DOWN"

Week 8:

Day 1 Take 5x5mg of Dbol each day
Day 2 Take 4x5mg of -----------------
Day 3 Take 3x5mg of -----------------
Day 4 Take 2x5mg of -----------------
Day 5 Take 2x5mg of -----------------
Day 6 Take 1x5mg of -----------------
Day 7 Take 1x5mg of -----------------

POST CYCLE CARE:

**NECESSARY TO OPTIMIZE GAINS AND REDUCE SIDE-EFFECTS**

Take Clomid 2 days after cycle ends. First, take 300mg of Clomid the first day, then 10mg of Clomid each day for the next 2 days. Then take 50mg of Clomid each day for the next 10 days.

I'm sorry bro, but your post isn't exactly something I would refer to a newbie. First off, a dbol only cycle for a newbie, as you have written it, would not be a good first cycle, and the ups and downs as you have shown are abit off. alot of newbie that try dbol don't have the understanding and knowledge of how it's causing a change in their body and it is often short lived. I'll coment later, though I hope one of the mods will better clarify as it is now 4:26am and I must get to bed.

No, that is my own schedule and advice. It might be old, guards, but from reading the Anabolics Forum, YOU and I both know there are shitloads of newbies who don't know what the fuck they are talking about, and a good deal of newbies who are talking about starting dangerous, insane cycles.

Yo bro, ramping up and down on dbol is just not done anymore. It is seen as being much more efficient to keep your levels constant and your dose static. I agree there are newbies out there with very little experience, as in anything, but I believe that there is no reason to give them antequated advice.

Not intending to offend bro, just pointing out that it is an old method that may not be as effective as current doctrine.
 
Another thing too,Aint gonna be many newbies signing up for Platinum,Their gonna look around ask a few questions and get busy with their newfound knowledge.

I have just started to train again after 10 years ( Im 34) Before i was a power lifter. I do happen to be a newbie that has decided to go plat and i am gathering information at this time.

Here is my situtation Im 6'3" and weigh 255 Lbs. Im doing the Kitosis diet and doing about an hour of cardio right now. My weight was at 296 when i started working out again in November. My main goal at this time is lose the fat and still develope some muscle. I work offshore and my rig im on currently in mexico has very limited equipment in the makeshift gym we have on board. I work a 28/28 Rotation so any cycle i may do will have to be 3-4 weeks or a littls less. And until June (Im suppose to be moved to a New rig with an awesome gym) all i will be able to do while im at work is hopefully maintain and contines with my suppliments and diet and cardio.

So what do some of you guys that know what your doing suggest for someone like me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Im not a kid and the last thing i want is to go about this stupid. Thanks in advance
