For all of you newbies who are unfamiliar with how to properly acclimate your bodies to the effects of potent juice, the importance of gradually "cycling up" and "cycling down" whatever gear you use on your cycle cannot be stressed enough. Far too many bodybuilders make this mistake of not gradually making there bodies accustomed to juice; others stop their cycle COLD TURKEY. Both of these situations can be extremely harmful to the body. Thus, I will demonstrate an example of a "CYCLE SCHEDULE" that should be followed to optimize gains, while reducing toxicity and other side effects to the body. This must especially be followed when using more toxic forms of gear, such as Dbol (Dianabol to you newbies)---Here I will demonstrate
HOW TO PROPERLY COMMIT AN 8 WEEK, 30mg/ed DBOL CYCLE:
GRADUALLY "CYCLE UP"
Week 1:
Day 1 Take 1x5mg of Dbol each day
Day 2 Take 1x5mg of -----------------
Day 3 Take 2x5mg of -----------------
Day 4 Take 2x5mg of -----------------
Day 5 Take 3x5mg of -----------------
Day 6 Take 4x5mg of -----------------
Day 7 Take 5x5mg of -----------------
Weeks 2-7:
Take 30mg of Dbol per day
GRADUALLY "CYCLE DOWN"
Week 8:
Day 1 Take 5x5mg of Dbol each day
Day 2 Take 4x5mg of -----------------
Day 3 Take 3x5mg of -----------------
Day 4 Take 2x5mg of -----------------
Day 5 Take 2x5mg of -----------------
Day 6 Take 1x5mg of -----------------
Day 7 Take 1x5mg of -----------------
POST CYCLE CARE:
**NECESSARY TO OPTIMIZE GAINS AND REDUCE SIDE-EFFECTS**
Take Clomid 2 days after cycle ends. First, take 300mg of Clomid the first day, then 10mg of Clomid each day for the next 2 days. Then take 50mg of Clomid each day for the next 10 days.
