Ok, so I know how to work out decently such as what to do on what days. My questions are...

When should I take my protein shakes?
When should I take creatine(should I take this at all?)?
I also have quite a bit of body fat to lose, someone suggested clenbuterol(sp?) and stanazal(sp?)?
I dont really want to take any big roids like dbol or whatever, and it must be oral.

protein shakes, if necessary at all, preferably throughout the day, whey in the
morning, before your workout and right after the workout. but honestly with
a good diet you dont really need extra protein shakes as a n00b

same for creatine. save it for later. as a newbie gains come easily with the
right training and diet...

if you want to lose weight eat less. dont take shit like clen or stanazolol (winstrol if I am correct?). There is even a thread on the steroid board stating that clen causes nekrosis of heart cells.
 
I do get protein with everymeal, and its a well balanced meal that I get prepared. If I dont really need the shakes, which would be the best option for 1 shake added though

When to take protein shakes: It doesn't matter.....get your protein in, thats all that matters. Try to get it from whole food sources, protein shakes are good for convenience, but shouldn't comprise the bulk of your diet.

Creatine: You'll hear different views, some guys who I respect swear by it, but I'll agree to disagree, lol....I think it is a waste and won't do anything that red meat, milk, and eggs won't do.....if you're just starting out, there is really no need for it, as Petpre said.

Winstrol: I'll never know why people take that shit. It isn't highly androgenic and doesn't have a repuatation for being 'hardcore', but by no means is it a 'safer' alternative. If you're just starting out, you really don't need it. I think Winstrol is crap.

Clenbuterol: See my comments and feelings on Winstrol. I think Clen is one of the crappiest things you can do to your body.

Losing bodyfat: do more and eat less...aka...create a caloric deficit. But, if you're largely untrained, you can recomp with very little effort and a splash of common sense with your diet.

winny is good for SHBG mopup when you're running a lot of test, or for helping with tren sides.. but people who run it by themselves are a strange group.

but for an 18 year old with 25% bf who eats at subway, no no and no. No juice for you.
 
Im 19 actually, but yea...

I was at 240 pounds on Aug 11, and now Oct 18 I got down to 224. I've been jogging too, so I think im gaining leg muscle because im not losing as fast as I was. Although its always fastest at first of the diet. I dont really eat subway, when I cheat my diet im usually at ChickenKitchen, a south Florida place.

Ok then, ill just take 1 small protein shake after workouts and continue my dieting with no roids.

Be one of the few that actually listen and you will grow like a mofo - and Subway is just fine
 
I want to grow... right now I have no muscle lol.

I still need to lose more body fat though. Can someone recommend some workouts to help burn fat in the areas of stomach, love handles, and man tits?

There are none, and if anybody says otherwise they're either stupid, lying, or trying to sell you something. You can't target burn bodyfat.
 
Oh... so sit ups and push ups and stuff wont help? I mean I know it will help but, I thought if I exercised the muscles in the area, they would burn the fat around them.
 
ok thanks. another question.... does anyone know of a material that is somewhat of a girdle? You know those clothes that bicyclists wear? They are real right but they are slightly stretchy? I need some of that to wear under my clothes because I want to shape down my love handles, gut, and boobs. Can anyone recommend?

Yes lol. I will wear it under my clothes for a better fit of my uniform. You can wear it alone.... if your ripped.... maybe.

Another option, one that requires more work and less money, would be to get your lifting, diet and cardio in check and just lose the fat instead of trying to compress it.
 
^^ Thats what i've been working on obviously. Im down 25 pounds but it seems my chest area has more fat that what it should. It helps clothes fit better when you dont have 2 man boobs showing.
