been checking out this board for a while now & thought it's time to join. Have gained a lot of knowledge already.
As the handle states, never 2 old. I'm 44, BB for about 10 yrs.
Midway thru 1st cycle, Deca only 400 wk. Put on 10 lbs, now 230.bf around 15%
