Hey wats up all, im new here and just wanted to give alil intro to any 1 who's intrested.
i been working out for about 2 years, when i started i was 120 lbs. at 5-9.
and ever since i started working out i been on a non-stop bulk up phase.
using N-large twice a day, along with celtec creatine/and trying awhole load of other stuff. i currently am 180 lbs but im pretty fat now, but im stronger than ever be4. im trying to lean back now, but i find its not as easy as i thought. here are some pixs. sorry for the poor quality of the pixs.
my work out routine basically goes something like.
chest/tri's
day off
back/bi's
day off
legs/forearms
day off
shoulders/abs
i try and push up as much wieght as i can everytime. my goal is to be able to push up double my wieght.
right now my bench is about 245
and my free-squats are 315
ive been doing this routine for awhile, cuz i been trying to put on alot of wieght and bulk up, but now i feel so fat and slugish (but strong) im trying to lose some wieght so my new routine is basically like mixed up where i do one body part everyday, example i do flat bench, (light) than wide grip pull downs/ than side shoulder lifts. the next day ill do inlcine bench/close grip pull downs/forward shoulder raises etc.. not sure if its gonna tone me up, but i figure my body needs a little change up.
anways any advice on getting more defined with out losing muscle? or even gettin gbigger while i lose some fat? thanks
