hi,
I've been lurking for a few months now; thought i'd jump in the pool:) I've been on a dedicated lifting plan for about 6 months now, lifted incorrectly(overtraining) for about 6 months prior. Doing fairly well in the gain department after the correction. Stopped doing cardio completly about a month and a half ago. here's my training schedule.

Monday- Chest/Tri's
Tuesday-Legs
Wednesday-off
Thurdays-Shoulders
Friday-Back/Biceps
Sat-sun- off

Doing at least 3 exercised per muscle group. i'm only using whey protein rightnow; roughly 3 servings daily. any feedback on the usage of that would be greatly appriciated.
Just started doing AR with bands. looking forward to seeing what they'll do for me.
first question: What exercise is best for the inner-tricep? I've been getting noticable gains with the outer but not much with the inner. I haven't been doing dips, which i've seen from you guys as a great arm builder. tricep pushdowns/pull downs have been my main tricep exercises. i just added skull crushers. any feedback would be greatly apprciated.

Welcome! Keep the skullcrushers and add either dips (with elbows back) or close grip bench press for your tris and drop the pushdowns, IMO.
