Heeeere's Johnny... Oh, sorry guys I got a little carried away! Anyway, been reading about a year, alot of good info posted on the board. Seems like alot of people have come and gone, but quite a few who have been here awhile. I'm 35 yrs. old 6"4 295 nooottt in the shape I used to be in, hope to fix that. Anyway, that's me.
