I am 3 6'1" 205. Been working out for 10 years. I have tried many different workouts n diets to achieve my goals to never see my goals accomplished. Really have been frustrated the last few years. Workouts have suffered because of it. Never thought about gearing up till now.
So looking for some sound and Clear advice. I do not know or understand the lingo that goes with gearing up. Please keep that in mind when giving me advice.
What do I need to do to start all the way through completing my cycle?
I apologize for having my hand held. But want some straight forward advice.

If you don't have a solid eating plan and work out routine you are just wasting your time and risking you health.

After 10 years of lifting you should have a good lifting regiment and diet dialed in. You're doing something wrong...

What's your bf%?

Welcone to EF....can you post your current diet and training split. And any supps you may be taking.

Definitely agree with this. This is the first thing that should always be looked at and worked on before thinking of cycling. You should be consistent with diet and training for several years before cycling imo. What does your diet look like?

I'm with EZ E^^^^You're naturally drawn to this lifestyle, and that is great. But, like anything else, you will get out what you put in. I went with magazine information for the first 8 years I was training. I also had some good opportunities to learn from more experienced people, which helped. But nothing compares to really researching bodybuilding, muscle growth, dieting, and scientific training routines. I made great gains, all natural, and only crossed the AAS line after training for over 17 years. During that time I went from 172 lbs, to well over 210 at 13%. So, give us a detailed response to what your training and diet look like.
