increased muscle mass I think I put on 4 lbs in 3 weeks despite what guys say about it taking a while to take effect

my sleep didn't get any better - unfortunately
increased strength - I increased by at least 2 reps or 5lbs on the same exercises for 3 weeks straight
increased cardiovascular endurance - I decreased my mile time (4 miles) by 45 seconds/mile over 3 weeks - this may be a little squewed as I really started pushing my runs harder
