hi guys im a long time reader first time poster ,,,,i get al the advice i need from u guys and its great keep up the good work,,well im 29 from ireland and lets say this is not my first course...im training 9 years on and of little break here and there longest has been 6 months off,,im 13 stone wit a very fast motabalism if i stop liffting the weight falls of me ,,the last cycle i did was enathe and deca and i got good gains from i,t this time i got sus and deca and iv been doing 3 shots a week for 5 weeks of sus and deca ,but the strenght is there and im training preety hard but not much siza as of yet i read here it can take 4 to 5 weeks to kick in proper,,so today i got another 5 weeks of deca and enanth to fininsh of the 10 week cycle is it ok to continue with the enanth and deca ,,,,thanks guys

First and formost a 10 week cycle is perferable because of the long esters,so continue, take a good look at your diet also ,make sure you're getting at least 2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight.and the secret to keeping those gains is to not stop working out after the cycle ,keep training intensity up and your calorie intake up also after your cycle i cannot stress this enough,planning a proper PCT is just as important as the cycle itself.
 
thanks radar for ur fast reply ,,,so its ok to start using the enanthe now yea ,,,,and yea ur right about the pct what would u suggest i was thinking hcg and nova ,also im taking gold swhey protien,creatine,animal nitro,animal pac,and iv run out of glutamine which i have to get more of also have to pick up more animal flex,,,,,,,,,im eating chicken fillets and steak and eggs alot ,,,
 
For PCT go to needtobuildmuscle and get the PCT/unleashed stack you may add the nova to it ,i would rather over do PCT than skimp on it!as far as diet throw in a handfull of nuts twice a day ,nuts are calorie dense and provide your body with micro nutrients.
Read all of this,lots of good info to build muscle and get shreadded.

hi radar thanks ill look it up now ,also 1 more question ,iv been using the blue pins but its getting harder to push the juice in so im moving on to the green pins iv been told they should help it flow easyer thanks man

the lower the number the larger the needle, 18 G is good for drawing ,but is not perferred for injecting because it leaves alot of scar tissue.

23-25 Guage is perferred for injecting, 23 is easier to inject than the 25 because its a tad larger and allows oil to flow to flow more freely!
