Thinking about a first cycle. I have been lifting weights on and off for years, and I am now montoring my diet very well, in fact I see a nutritionist who helps me with my nutrition plan. I started at 28 % BF back in October and I'm now at 14.5 I'm wanting to start of with something kind of small, by most peoples standards at first. I was thinking about a Primo cycle only. My question is what kind of gains could I exspect to see from doing a cycle like this? Any suggestions regarding length of the cycle and dosage would be appreiciated. And if it makes any difference I'm on TRT.
