Newbie needs help please And Thanks

I have a bunch of questions for someone w/ time and patience. I am very new to this but have done a lot of reading. I have not worked in 7 months due to an ACL tear. I am out of shape but I do have a good muscle structure and a decent physique.
Weight: 185/190
Height: 5’11”
Age: 30
Good health

I want to put on some wait 20-25 pounds and gain strength to get back to mason work. I like the sound of 5 pounds a week w/ D-bol. My brother says that testosterone is the best. I am willing to work out and eat the proper foods. I can get the D-Bol and testosterone. I hate needles so it is all pill form or tablets.
Now the questions,

What is the best to take? And with what else for the liver and other organs at risk?
How much do I take and how often? Weekends?
How often do I workout, how long, how hard?
How long do I take the meds?
What results should I expect w/ testosterone? What results should I expect w/ D-Bol?
What will happen when I quit taking the stuff?

Would you recommend anything different than D-Bol Or Testosterone for my goals?

I know that I can read all this on the sites but it seems that every site says something different and you guys are the ones best to ask I think.
I appreciate all the feedback I can get from you guys. Hope this is not to much to ask to soon. I want to do it right the first time with minimal side affects and quick results.

Your first goal should be to learn about what the hell you're doing.
How long have you been weight training?
What is your diet going to be like?
Dbol is used to enhance a cycle not build one out of.
Test is the best choice but you'll have to get over your fear of needles.
Do you know you'll need to use a post cycle recovery course to recover from using the steroids?

This place is not a "steroids for dummies" book
 
If you aren't using needled, Id say forget the Test pills, LOL

Just go Var or Dbol/Dex. Maybe Winny. Im not a fan of oral cycles. Shit Im about to start fronting my cycles with fast injectables, orals are a chore to me...

Take some time and hang out on the board and read everything you can. Get yourself back into the gym and get a steady routine going and make some quality gains. Spend some time working on your routine and your diet. Get that stuff in order and learn as much as you can here and then take the plunge. You'll be happier and better off that way. You could do it all wrong and that 25lbs you expect to gain will go right down the drain and you will be right back to square one.

grab flab stab- easy as dat.... Seriously, it isn't bad after the first one. Shit, after the first, you'll count the days till you can shoot the second. But.... as stated above, workout hardcore and eat right for a while thennnnn enhance what you have already done with a little test. Can't use the test as a starting point. read up and ask questions- good luck

try 20mg d-bol aday weeks 1-4 and 400mg of testosterone cypianate weeks 1-10 get your self some hcg and start that around week8or9 and use for around 3 weeks every 4th day have nolvadex at hand from the start and use some clomid at the end of cycle for 5 weeks .keep your cals around 5000to 6000 aday and train like fuck. if you dont know what im on about your not ready for a long time bro!

Fine advice, but someone should never need 5-6k calories for a first cycle.
I grow fine at 230+ with around 3800-4200 cals/day and Im a hardgainer
 
yeah thats true lol!im 240 at the mo but trying to get cut now.that amount seems normal at the mo but now im starting to diet i just know im gonna miss all that food when the cals start dropping -poor me!

We were there and thats how we KNOW that you should do more reading. Good idea to listen, thats a quality in itself
