newbie needs help ASAP

hi all, I'm about to start a bulking cycle that follows as:

Week 1: sus250 500/week deca 400/week dianabol 30/day
week 2:same as above
week 3:same as above
week 4:same as above
week 5:same as above
week 6: same as above
week 7:sus250 500/week deca 400/week
week 8:same as above
week 9:same as above
week 10:same as above
week 11:
week 12:nolvadex 40/day
week 13:same as above
week 14:same as above
week 15:same as above
How much of a bulk would u expect me to gain on this cycle? I explored in the past when I was in high school but have not been active in A.S for a few years.

you ask for info on sources....BAD BOY...lol

that looks almost like my first cycle, I can tell you what it did for me, around 30lbs, kept 25....but again i don't know your history and where you stand before beginning

and also its easier to write out your cycle like
test 500- 1-12
deca 400 1-12
dbol 30 1-16
etc...
 
sorry about source post. Im stats are 5"11 235# trained for years 4 days on 1 day off havent trained in about 6 months but am starting back. diet would be hig calorie about 5000/day or more and 350/day protein, low fat

lol... they're kinda given to us when we join. No clue how it's "calculated" I think it's based on the number of posts you have before you join. I got a few hundred also.

Well i'm still educating myself about certain AAS out there so I can't comment on that, but the simple fact that you stated "low fat" means you need to start educating yourself how to eat to build muscle... withOUT AAS.

Fat and cholestoral stimuate hormone production bro, there actually good for ya.

I must have not stated myself unclearly when I said low fat I meant th bad fats, I understand that you have to have fat to build muscle but you cant have bad fats like say fried, greasy foods. sorry for not being as clear as I should have.

well I guess you just need cycle advice.... just be patient then, and bump the thread up after it's been 24 hours or so if no one's responded. Do some reading around... you may be able to answer you're own question in the mean time too.
