Newbie needs Deca advice

Damn, I thought the original post was pretty bad but I believe you've got him beat w/ that awful reply of yours. Did you read it at all? The kid has no clue as to what he's about attempt. Very reckless advice you're spewing to him.

That's one of the main reason's I want to do it. I do hit up my bench and curl bar every week or two weeks. Its not much but it keeps strength up. I can bench my body weight atleast ten times. I had planned on working out for a couple weeks to get back into it, but the thing is I do eat a decent amount. I do know a little about working out, I actually who have alot of friends who are into it who always preach to me. I dont stuff myself yeah I prolly could to gain but I do not really have an appetite like that. I start to get sick if i eat too much without something making me hungry and a friend of mine says Deca will inhibit the hunger. Why would the cycle seem bad? Some seem to like it some seem to hate it. How long should I take the Deca for?

Also I have a nice olympic bench with a 45 lb weighted bar and enough plated weights to go to 305 not like ill need it. Curl bar and the bench has a squat rack on the back.

Hey, I can sympathize with being smaller than you'd like to be but gear isn't going to do it for you until you learn to eat and train. Go read my earlier post until this sinks in.
 
o bro fuck these guys....go ahead and run deca at a gram a week and fuck pct...well if youu really wanna do pct runn dbol at 40mg ed for 3 weeks...lol seriously bro you got a lot to learn
 
I started out like you but I weighed 140lbs when I started lifting.You need a solid workout routine,not benching and curling every week or two.Eating is a must.If you really want to get bigger you must train heavy and eat every meal like it's your last meal. Most people crash hard from a deca only cycle so stay away from gear until you learn alot more.[do a search on deca dick so you'll know what to expect if you decide not to listen]
 
Thanks for all the input guys. Your responses have helped alot. I have been reading about the "deca dick" as you suggested. It seems like the people who are getting effect by it I dunno if its a coinc. or what but their reports are like 400mg and 600+. But I guess the 250 for me is alot cause i dont weigh much?
 
everytime i see the words 'newbie', and 'deca advice' i just automatically assume its a joke post. they all start out the same: "ive been reading for a while on AA's now, but still not sure if i should run deca at 100 mgs a week or not?" take your time, and train for a year WITHOUT any drugs, and get a decent base to build upon. buy some NO_XPLODE and some muscle milk, and see how ya do with that for 6 months. read the training and diet forums to get an idea of what you need to do next. all the info you'll ever need is at your disposal. this site will answer all your questions. jus hold off on the gear for a lil while. my .O2
 
More research, and in the meantime train hard and learn how to eat right. Dont screw yourself with a cycle thats not what you need yet.
 
I have trained "hard" for like 6 months before 3 days a week, with only like 9-10 lbs gain.Maybe not hard for yal but Ive always had a tight scheduele with AP classes in HS and now college full time/two jobs and its literally hard to find time. But now one of those jobs is fading out and I have more time. I could understand that gain if i was average weight looking to get something more but Im way more than 10lbs underweight. The thing is I just can't stuff myself when Im not hungry and without something making me hungry I wont be able to consume the cals needed to gain the size I would, if I was on deca. I literally get sick from trying to eat when Im not hungry. I got my bench up to 185 from a measely two 25s + the bar at a weight of 140 when I did work out but for some reason thats where I cut off and quit cause for like 3 weeks I tried for the 195 or 2 and couldnt do it. My 3 day a week routine slowly dissipated.

So I'm just gona do Deca. I am gona train for a month and just do it. I have been reading and reading and I have formulated a good workout plan and diet I can adhere myself to with the help of some friends and online.

So what MG a week would be a decent dosage for me? Should I stack it with anything and what? What would be better for me than a solo small dose of deca? Also my friend recommended taking the deca every mon and thurs for 5 weeks, how is that or should I do something different? I plan on working out 3 days a week, mon,wed,fri switching up muscle groups.
 
It can be done without gear.EX: I trained a 33yr old man for 3 months and he gained 15lbs naturaly because he did excatly what I told him as far as training and diet went. He is married,owns his own company that requires him to travel out of state at least once a week.This guy had been stuck at his previous weight for 5yrs and was still dedicated enough to stay at it.YOU NEED TO GROW UP AND LISTEN OR QUIT ASKING FOR ADVICE.ANYBODY CAN MAKE EXCUSES BUT MEN MAKE PROGRESS.
