I am currently coming to the end of my first cycle. I did systonon and primoblolan depot for 7weeks and now im on 2 amps of testex elmu (which is a cyp) a week for 5 weeks. I got the gear from a freind who although meant well, did not know anywhere near as much as the majority of guys on here. Ive seeing reasonable gains in stretnght and ive gained a some mass but not as much as i was hoping for. (although this is probably due to the lower dose of sys and primo i was using, im expecting the testex to kick in a bit harder.
Im basically wanting some advice on what to do for my next cycle so i can plan and get all my shit together. Ill give some info and if anyone could reccomend a good cycle for me to get some serious gains i would appricate it.
Im 21. 6,2 and 200lbs.Id imagine my BF is low, Naturally im very slim. 2 years ago before i started training i was 6,2 and 135 lbs! I train hard 4 times a week. Benching 120 kgs. My diet is pretty good i think, 4-5 meals a day. 2 maximuscle protein shakes. Chicken, tuna, poached eggs, wholegrain carbs etc. My mother is a dietitian so i have that to my advantage.
Any ideas would be greatly appricated.
