hey bro's been reading the board for over a year know and finally gettin ready for my first cycle... I'm 25 years old been liftin naturally for 5 years.. My stats are 6'1 210 pounds with 12%percent body fat. I have 16 amps of sust on the way and i just wanted to get some opinions on the best way to cycle it.. Here is what i was considering...
8 weeks at 500 a week or a 10 week cylce of 250 possibly frontloading 500 for the first three weeks...
