Newbie needing advice

I am sure I do not take in near enough calories. I am on a high protein, moderate card, low fat diet. I eat 3 meals a day and also drink 2 protein shakes/day along with creatine and a multivitamin. What's your advice on my caloric intake?
 
buddy you have been lifting for just 3 months...wait another 3 years and then use AS.....u can grow sooo much naturally since u just started
 
Defenetly weit longer, once you go anabolic you never go back. If you run some test with deca that would fix the deca dick.
 
Thanks to all. I think I will hold off on the as for at least a year per what most of you are telling me. What are some good addtional supplements besides the creatine and protein that I take now? Anything that helps boost my natural test levels?
 
if it's pure mass you wanna gain and don't care about a little fat then just eat eat eat.. 6 times a day

1.bfast (egg whites etc...)
2.protien shake or bar
3.lunch
4.protein shake or bar
5.dinner
6.snack or protein shake or bar

make it fun first off(eating that is change it up) or you'll never gain.
Hold off the aas and play around with ur diet first see what foods u respond too. eat clean during the week and carb load on the weekends.. something as easy as this has worked for me and alot of friends.

My diet pretty much. The tuna is sometimes chicken, the ham sometimes tuna etc, but this is what it looks like the most.


7.30 AM :Serials w/ milk + shaker
9.30 AM :Bread with ham & milk
11.30 AM :Bread with Ham/tuna/chicken and milk
1.30 PM: (depending on when I get home from school) Protein Shaker, Bread with ham,chicken,milk etc , sometimes 250-300 g meat.
3.30 pm: either the above(depending on when i get home) or just some yougourt (if it's called that in english) with some banana etc, kinda light meal.
around 6pm : dinner, pretty much whatever is being made to me, but usually lots of meat, and either pasta,potatos or rice +milk
8-9.30 pm or so training: After that protein shaker
When I get home (maybe 30hours to 1hour later) milk + Tuna
30mins to 1 hour later, sleep for 7-8hours :)


Haven't counted how much protein , calories etc I get per day. But I know I get plenty of protein, calories is ok too I think. Well that's just mine, sure other ppl have alot different. Also sometimes in between those meals, I eat a banana or something .
 
Your buddy sounds like he should do a little more research himself before advising anyone. 300mg of Deca for 5 weeks will produce little if any gains. People have mentioned you should give natural a little more time, and I agree. But if it is something you want to do, then try some Sustanon at about 500mg a week for 8 to 10 weeks. If you continue your current training and diet you'll gain some really good size. The worst thing you can do though is to neglect PCT. Especially since your first cycle will generally produce the best gains.
 
i am reading a lot of newbie posat about first cycles being deca.
dont these guys hear of test.... i mean i am no expert, but i actually read and am doing my research and will have been training for 9 years before my first cycle and il be 22 and ill be around 230- 235 when i start.. people want a quick fix... althought im look for some extra size, i am doing it also because i will be competing.... sorry if i sounded like your mom, lol
