Ok hi everyone i am running a 9 week cycle containing as follows.
deca durabolin 200mg a week weeks 1-9
clenbuterol 100mcg a day for 2 weeks on and off
t3 100mcg a day during clen off period will ramp it up slowly
My stats:
22 years old
19% bf
36 inch waist
199 lbs
5 foot 9
Day 1, Today june 13,2004
10:00 am injected to right thigh 200 mg of deca
also took 5 20mcg tabs of clen, also took a 500mg tab of taurine,
10:05 am
ate breakfast oatmeal, and protein shake
12:00pm ate broccoli
12:30pm ate 2 tuna salad sandwichs with rye bread and fat free mayo in tuna salad and brocoli
2:00pm worked out intensely and took a isopure 50 gr protein shake with 0gr of carbs for post workout
4:00pm went to work as i was called in but took a meal replacement by meso tech with me 45gr protein
6:00 pm 2 cans tuna in spring water
8:00 pm water and protein shake
overall
the clen kicked in early and hit me hard i was shaking so bad at lunch i had to stop eating i have drank 3 gallons of water today and i usally only drink 2 glasses a day so all the water with the clen made me feel like a had the flu.
but i have been sweating all day and i can say that this stuff works! My dad is a doctor and he did the injection and checked my heart rate after 1 hour of taking the clen which was 152 beats a minute my normal range he said is 60-80 so it was moving. he came in from from like 11:30 pm i had him check it he said it dropped to 129 beats per second so i have been losing fat all day i guess sorry for the long read guys please let me know if i am doing anything wrong thx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
