I am a newbie on this forum and am looking for some advice on my first cycle. I am looking to gain bulk from this cycle and keep most of my gains and Deca came to mind. From the research that I have done Test-E seems to be the best to stack. Since this would be my first cycle I wanted to stick to something simple like
Weeks 1-10 300mg Deca/wk
Weeks 1-10 500mg Test/wk
Proceeded by a PCT (not sure yet, probably Clomid).
I am 25 years old, 6'-1", 190 lbs. 8.5%BF I have been training for about 4 years seriously and have been at the same weight most the time. I am an extreme hard gainer and eat about 5 meals a day, but can't gain a pound. I did experiment with 1-AD stacked with 4-AD two years ago and gained about 10 pounds but lost most of it after.
Any info would be appreciated.
