Newbie just sayin hi!

HI!!!! My boyfriend has been letting me read under his name for a bit now and i decided to join. The info you guys put up here is great.

Just some basic info:
Right now, im just trying to get my self into some sort of decent shape. Im a student at college and after my frist two year i realized eating school food wasn't the best for me, i gained A LOT of wieght, (and going to the bar didn't help any either, lol.) So now I just recently started going to the gym and getting back inshape.
I am more interested in loosing inches than pounds and would like to be toned. Im on my way with my arms and legs but it seems my tummy is a little more stubborn.:(

HI!!! and welcome:) I'm new myself, joined the board about a week ago or so. Similar to you, my fiance was also on the board, thats how I found out about it and became really interested. It totally kicks ass, lots of great info.

Well, I really jsut want to get healthier right now but eventually i want to tone my body over all. My arms and legs are already somewhat toned due to my ballet career a while ago and sailing.

What i really want to work on is my tummy, inner thighs and boobs. I have a D cup and want to firm these babies up!!! and i wouldn't mind if they were a little smaller too! I was reading on here that declines were the best for that, is that really true? If then im def gonna start incorporating that into my workkout.

Right now i do cardio everyday. I usually try to switch it around btwn bike and rowing machine for about an hour a day. About every other day i lift free wieghts and usually concentrate on my arms chest and back. My boy keeps trying to get me to do squats but im very afraid to do them bc they hurt my knees so much.
In addtion i do tons of crunches everyday (i hear conflicting stories of whether or not its good to do them everyday) and butt-ups. (I love these, they make you feel the burn, guys drool all over the floor when you do them, and its great for sex!:) but anyways anything more you need to know? jsut let me know and ill be happy to tell, i can use all the help i can. I think its better to talk to women about it than to talk to my boyfriend who may not know what is good for females vs. males.
