HI!!!! My boyfriend has been letting me read under his name for a bit now and i decided to join. The info you guys put up here is great.
Just some basic info:
Right now, im just trying to get my self into some sort of decent shape. Im a student at college and after my frist two year i realized eating school food wasn't the best for me, i gained A LOT of wieght, (and going to the bar didn't help any either, lol.) So now I just recently started going to the gym and getting back inshape.
I am more interested in loosing inches than pounds and would like to be toned. Im on my way with my arms and legs but it seems my tummy is a little more stubborn.
