Newbie just after a little nudge in the right direction

Hey, im a first time aas user. Im currently taking clen. 160mcg ed 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Full body workout 5 times a week. My diet is clean and also low calorie, thought i would throw some var into the mix, have got 100 10mg . Would like to know what would be best dosage and whether to split them throughout the day or not. Decided on var due to low calorie diet. Any feedback welcome. Apart from be a man get some juice and take it in the ass lol. I will be eventually thinking deca but atm anavar and clen. Also just makin sure, i defo dont need any pct and would milk thistle be a good idea. Thanks for any input
 
Ok, on my 2 weeks off now. Probably why i was getting headaches then. Upped my clen dosage because i dont get shakes anymore. Will lower that next time round. Any advice on the var though. Have read lots of differing opinions ranging from 5mg to 100 mg was thinkin 30 to 40.. How does that sound
 
5 mgs of var a day? start out at 40 and see how you respond. some people see results at 40 mgs a day while others have to pop 80 mgs/day.
 
40 seems like the usual method. Do i split this dose. Also with the 100 tabs i got this is only 25days worth will that be enough or shall i get more to do about 6 weeks. Also shall i supplement milk thistle
 
Split the dosages up AM/PM. Anavar is usually run for 6-8 weeks to see good results. Milk thistle is good to have when running orals or try Livercare.
