newbie here! questions about brovel

newbie here! need advice!!!!!

i've been working out for more than 2 years now and i've reached a point where i can't gain much more...my friend gave me 2 bottles of brovel testoserona "100" and profasi 5000ui. i am seriously considering taking it but i thought i'd get other people's opinions. my friend advised me to take 1cc every 3-4 days and take the profasi when i'm done with the cycle. is this right? or is there a better way to take it? btw, i am 23 yrs/old, 5'5" and 140 lbs. thanks guys

Read...you have alot to learn before messing with your endocrine system. Don't take this lightly bro. You should never rely on other people (especially strangers on the internet) to tell you what to do in this situation. READ, READ, READ. Then make the choice for yourself.

I'm quick with the mouse. Don't blame yourself, I don't know of many people out there that can match my finger speed and agility. Oh, and I've been eating alot of skittles lately! The Fijian kind! You ever had those ones? The flavors are: blackberry, green apple, orange, strawberry, and lemon...doesn't get much better than those.
 
i've read up on it and it says that its mostly common among beginners which is perfect for myself...like i said before i am only 140 lbs, i know this is considered light to most of you but i am on the smaller side...i would like to have more of a athletic type of body w/under 10% bf and 160lbs, right now i am 19% bf and 140lbs, how do i go about doing this? should i cut down on my weight lifting time and concentrate more on my cardio? also, what kind of supplements would be good to achieve this goal. right now i just take the basic protein shake and daily vitamins.
 
You don't really need to worry about supplements right now, what you need to concetrate on is diet and training. If you want to gain weight, make sure you're eating more calories than you're expending.

Find the number of calories you're taking in while not gaining or losing weight, that is your maintenance number. If you want to add weight, add about 500-1000 calories onto your maintenance. Make sure you're getting a good amount of protein (~1g per pound body weight).

That should start you out...but you need to do your own research while you're on your journey...elite is a good start, but make sure to get your info from at least a few (like 10000000) different places.
 
these guys are right, there are so many posts, websites and books, put it all togehter.........go in smart..........come out big! but also for your first cycle mix something in but just test make it count.
 
i only have test so i do have to make it count, thanks bulldog for the info, do you have any good books you could refer me too, there is just too much info on the net and searching for something specific is a bitch...
