Newbie here...need adjustment

What's up fellas...
I hope no one finds this thread amusing as I'm going to be as honest as i can in order to understand a lot of the posts within the website. As much as I read the great information posted, I find it hard to understand the lingo with some. I've never done a cycle before and love the advice here and have been reading as to what i should do to obtain the gains I desire, but if anyone can help me out with the lingo, i would really appreciate it.
PCT? Tren ? What does it mean when someone writes "add prop to the tren/winny cycle? I know what winny is, but tren and prop?
I'm 5'10 and 180 lbs. I've been working out for 5 years and have a pretty defined body, but I would like to cycle something that can help me gain about 10 to 12 lbs of very lean muscle...i want to be ripped. Can anyone suggest what i can do to obtain this gain?? I know I need more time to gain the confidence of all the people here so I won't ask as to where I can buy.

PCT = Post Cycle Therapy .. I believe it has its own forum now and there are many goods threads on this.. PCT is the protocol you follow after your cycle to ease coming of and to maintain as much of your gains as possible.. basically it helps bring your system back to normal as gracefully as possible.

tren is trenbolone also called fina or finaplix after the cattle steroid that it is made from.. you can make it very easily and cheaply yourself with kits widely available on the net.

prop is short for propionate... just the word propinate is an ester, but most commonly when people say "add prop in with that" they mean add test prop... test prop is a test with a short half life of around 2-3 days.. so you would be doing at least two shots a week.

I had about the same stats as you when i started out this year ( 5'10" around 180) the cycle i did is one not reccomended for a first cycle, but i seemed to do all right. I did six weeks of 250mg prop a week.. with 75mg of tren every other day (eod)... I got exactly what you were looking for 12-15 lbs of lbm while cutting some fat.. now sticking yourself eod for 6 weeks does suck for your first cycle, but you get used to it quick...

hopefully that was of some help and will give you some things to ponder

Thank you so much for responding and helping me out. I don't want to be bulky big so does the prop help me out with getting lean and ripped?? I want to be able to really define my current body with some added lean muscle...what do you suggest...I don't mind the sticking...i can handle that.

if you have read most of the posts here, you will find that for a newbie, as a first cycle is to do 500mg test (testosterone enanthate) for 10-12 weeks.

But my advice for you is to research more as you dont know tren or prop which is Trenbolone and Testosterone Propionate.

Try looking in www.bodybuilding.com you will find loads of info there bro, and its not adviced for a beginner to use prop or tren

Actually it does matter. More and more young kids (under 21) are trying to get a quick fix when in fact AAS is not a quick fix. It gives you an advantage and speeds up recovery but so many other aspect have to be in line like training and diet. The younger you are the more risks you take. IE and 18 yr old already high high test levels so there is no reason to take AAS which in fact it can halt his growth (height)

I totally understand what you're trying to say regarding our bodies at specific times of our lives. So is there anything I can do to get my body really ripped with some added muscle?? I understand my diet is key...but I want an added boost...thanks for your help.
 
the only way you can become "ripped" is by diet, training and supplementing the right way. i would suggest researching a little more to fully understand what you are goin to be puting in your body
