What's up fellas...
I hope no one finds this thread amusing as I'm going to be as honest as i can in order to understand a lot of the posts within the website. As much as I read the great information posted, I find it hard to understand the lingo with some. I've never done a cycle before and love the advice here and have been reading as to what i should do to obtain the gains I desire, but if anyone can help me out with the lingo, i would really appreciate it.
PCT? Tren ? What does it mean when someone writes "add prop to the tren/winny cycle? I know what winny is, but tren and prop?
I'm 5'10 and 180 lbs. I've been working out for 5 years and have a pretty defined body, but I would like to cycle something that can help me gain about 10 to 12 lbs of very lean muscle...i want to be ripped. Can anyone suggest what i can do to obtain this gain?? I know I need more time to gain the confidence of all the people here so I won't ask as to where I can buy.
