Newbie here could use advice and suggestions

1 - 22

2 - Started lifting around 12-13 years old. Stopped until 14/15 when I joined a high school football team. Started again around 18-19. Stopped again until 21 and I've been off for a year.

3 - 6'3 or 6'4ish

4 - 250? This is why I want to get back into shape

5 - Unsure of body fat, but I'd guess it's in the 20s. I'm actually somewhat naturally muscular all my life, especially my chest but I've always had fatty tissue in my stomach and butt.

6 - I admit I'm a junk food addict but I'm going to get a chef to cook for me for now on.

7 - My goals...50 Cent? Maybe a dream. Ok I'd settle for low body fat and high strength.

8 - I read 4 week cycles are the safest thing but somewhere else said 6+ is still safe.

I hope all of that was helpful. My question is what kind of cycle, products/stacks would work for my goals and do you need to take things like estrogen blockers (was looking at www.houseofmuscle.com and this stuff looks like it reduces estrogen and increases testosterone).

My goal is to try to lose as much fat and gain as much muscle as possible in 1 safe, healthy cycle without overdoing it. After that I'm thinking of never using this stuff again. I got contradicting information however that makes me wonder if this is the way to go. One place says to avoid Androgen (think it was this one) because it has the highest risk factor even though it's rated as one of the best and to use milder ones with lower risks over a long term to get the same results, but another source said to use Androgen and other "pure" (forgot the exact words) forms that will get results and then stop using it.

Someone guide me. I know this isn't the end of the road but I'd like to get as much info as possible before I decide, then try to talk to a doctor about it.

this is another full-on train wreck waiting to happen. It's good that you came for advice. So here it is.

Go jog around for about year and lose some weight. Get your diet in order. Don't eat a single piece of junk food and see where you are at. When you get back from your daily jogs/sprints, read the mutha fucken shit outta this site and then post a year from now.

Agree with all above posted. ^^

lol, great contribution. anyway bro, the main reason peeps are telling you to

get your body fat down is so that you will see legit results, we could throw

together a sweet ass cycle for ya, but if youve got a lot of bf, then it wont

really show. if you had said you wanted to get stronger, then that'd be

different-but you you wanna look like fitty.(if were picking rappers, id go with

ll cool j, that nigga was cut!) anyway clean up your diet and atleast get your

bf around 15% or lower. there is no magic pill thats gonna shred you(although

you could drop bf from meth or coke. i wouldnt recommend either) gotta suck

it up and drop the fast food. hit the treadmill and the subway for a few

months, than get some gear. good luck.

Why not just run and get your diet in order along with some lipoflame and some zip and some pyrogenx when it comes out. I'm not trying to promote these products I have just read elsewhere that people seem to love them. And from what I read they might go very well together.

Thanks for all of the replies. Just out of curiousity, if you were to recommend a stack/cycle for me, what would it be?

TRUST ME, I am not going to take anything if all of you are saying not to. I'm doing this to get stronger, healthier IMO and doing it wrong and dying a week later, doesn't meet that goal. Since I'm going to have months to research this stuff, I'd like to learn more about it now so I'm ready for it.

Btw, the body fat was an estimate. The calculators do not count for muscle which I do have somewhat. I only really have fat in my butt and my stomach, but it's not really a beer belly. It's flat but big (if that makes sense). Every year that I get lazy I gain a bunch of weight then I start working out, lose 20 pounds in a month, firm up, lose fat but I can never get the muscle mass that I'm looking for so I get bored/lazy and it starts all over again. This time I want to do it right. It's this year or never.

Thanks again.

Ok to be honest the best stack for you would be.......

Glutamine 2 scoops a day morning and night
Creatine monohydrate
green tea 3x a day get your motabolism cooking.

you should be eating chicken and small bowl of oat meal. Remember to loose bodyfat you want to eat more then the calories total? Basically if your eating something very low in calories but it is a large portion then you will burn more calories a day to digest it.

I would just hit the cardio and weights and try to keep your protien pretty high.

You should go to a book store sometimes before I go to the gym I go to barns and noble's and read all the books on fitness they got millions just dont buy into some of the products that are bs lol and do not take anything in those magazines by guspari I got a friend who got really mest up on there products.

But food wise here might help you.

Meal 1
morning eat lots of egg whites leave only 2 yolks if you wish I normally just scoop the yolks out with a spoon or something. A small side of oatmeal is ok

meal 2 protien shake

meal 3 chicken/oatmeal/turkey? dont eat skin

meal 4 shake

workout

meal 5 chicken/steak/turkey just make sure its lean/oatmeal/or backed potatoe. Its good to have a small bit of sugar after you workout it helps bring the protien back into the muscles and blood sugar levels.

meal 6 shake

this might help you a bit. It's a pretty basic diet O and by the way most new diets don't show till after 2 weeks really. So you gotta stick with it and try to eat same time every day.

redline is a pretty good fatburner you should try it just try half a can to see how you are from it , some people get wired.

If you're stuck on the idea of juice, reduce your calories and do tren/winstrol/clenbuterol.

Better yet, order this system www.precisionnutrition.com and have a chef cook that for you.

Do both, train and do cardio like a madman, and you'll be a different person in a few months.

in your first post you are talking about prohormones, IMO you would just be waising your money. i have tried them in the past and its not worth it at all, just alot of water weight with some strangth gains. cut down the fat get lookin slim then you'll be ready!!

What everyone is saying here is very true. But there are other concerns if juicing with excessive bf. Are your lipids already high? Have you had a full panel done as a baseline for any future use? Dial in your diet and training and your bf and blood levels will change to something of a more realistic baseline. This is more important than you could ever know and the only real way to determine what AAS are doing to your body (aside from the aesthetics, that is)

Very good point i think this is important .

Well not too long ago I thought I had a medical emergency and went to the hospital. They did full blown tests on me, blood work and everything. The doctor said "You have a better chance of dying from a car accident then your health. You are beyond healthy."

I just used the US Marines body fat calculator and it puts me at 23% body fat. It's likely closer to 20-21% because I could not accurately measure my abdomen, so to be safe I put a higher number. It says I'm about 200 pounds of muscle/normal stuff and 40 pounds of fat. That seems right to me. I think my fat may be a result of that cortizone stuff you see on the commercial, as I've always had fat in those areas and could never get rid of them. I'm hoping some supplements would fix that but I'll get my diet on track first. I appreciate all of the replies.
