newbie Help!!!

Hey
need some help!!! been doing sust for 10 days so far i think 2 injections of 2ml and started dbol this morning, trying for 2 tabs a day each 10mg

Getting quite a few spots on my forehead and its bugging me to hell!!!

How should i do the cycle???

Im eating salad all day and drinking loads of water,

Stats? Cycle history? Training history? Diet plan?
 
Your ten days into your cycle and your just starting the d-bol??!! Research man! You will get more info that way then just asking these guys for help. They are not gonna help you with a post like that.
 
rite rums- some help - i'm by no means an expert but first tip would be STOP Taking it just now- this is pinical because my guess is you have no pct- or know what pct is. d-bol should be taken the first 1-4 / 1-6 weeks of a cycle 20mgs should be allrite though. second your wasting your money taking sust and d-bol then eating salads which is in no doubt only a small amount aday you should be taking in 3000kals a day LOADS of protein(eggs chicken turkey etc etc etc) your not going to gain muscle with out a good diet mate- and i know salads are a good diet but not for AS mate you have to eat big to get big. do your self a huge favour and READ into what ur putting into your body you'd have to be silly not to. sorry if that sounded harsh- expecially from someone who has less than others on this subject but you seem to have been slated in most of the posts above which aint going to help either.
 
Well regardless of your stats you definetely didn't do you homework before starting your cycle.

Eating salad all day?? Do you expect to grow at all?

Stop while you can and research. Get your diet in check then think about starting again.
