what up fellas,

want some input if you guys have any.
My stats are age 26
lifting for 10yrs/seriously for 6
weight 185
11% bf
Diet lean meats, good carbs, good fat. will increase cals when cycle starts
Goals gain 15-20 pounds lean muscle and keep gains

cycle
wks 1-10 Deca @ 300-400 mgs (mon. and thurs.)
wks 7-12 winny@ 50 mg ED (25 in morn. and 25 in afternoon)
wks 1-12 arimidex@ .5mg ED
wks 15-18 pct Nolva@50 mgs ED, HCG throughout 500IU 1-2x weekly
aftercycle clen (2 wks on 2 off) i have experience with clen(plus taurine)
stim x or thermo while off clen

thanks any input would be super!!
 
you need to stack with 500mg test every week and that will be a great cylce.
you wont get the gains you want off of deca and winny. plus your dick may not work. I think you will find this to be the general concenus.

okay if i run some test with that it shouldnt be too much gear for my first time? just trying to be cautious....
 
first cycle?? if so justr stick with test.. could stack with winny towards the beginning or end.. save deca for 2nd cycle..
ok just saw it is first cycle.. do test only at 500 /week,.. you will enjoy a nice 15- 20lb gain for your first time.

Yep.

Deca is great for gains. Recovery from deca SUCKS ASS. Better stock up on the ag guys cialis. You'll need that.
Replace the deca with test bro. For sure.

cycle
400mgs of test enan/wk 1-10
.5mgs arimidex ED/ wk 1-10

keep nolavdex on hand

PCT: nolva + HCG as you have it
