Ok guys, forgive me for posting this.
I am 6'6" around 230lbs. Kinda on the thin side.
I am looking to tone up and increase strength. Right now not planning on getting huge but things will probably change once i get into it
What are some tips/pointers that you would give.
Diet wise I eat pretty good. I am a diabetic so there is no sugar in my diet
Also, does anyone have any sites that would give a good layout to a workout plan?
I have access to a full gym.
