Hey there

I'm a frustrated hard gainer. I have a very low ceiling, like 165 pounds, even after years of training with diet and trainer help - so now have decided to look into steroids.

I don't have the desire to be huge, but gain maybe 10-15 pounds.

Since my knowledge of steroid use is so low, I'm not sure which is best to suit my needs. ie would a gentler one work ok for me since i'm fairly thin and light?

Any help appreciated - i'm starting at square one!

Steve

Height 5'10"
Weight 160"
BF 12%
Diet and training 3-4 days a week, 2 of them with a trainer, right now doing big lifts (deadlifts, squats. etc)
AND AGE 32

Diet - I don't track it accurately enough to list it in precise detail, but i make an effort to eat throughout the day, protein +carbs, and muscle milk on training days.

Looking to learn which is the right steroid to use, if any, and how. Looking for success, but not explosive-type growth.

thanks for the input!

ps i am about to buy George Spellwin's Chemical Wizardry - good idea?

Maybe look into diet for the grow you want i dont think you under stand how important it is , its all about diet all the gear in the world wont help if your diet sucks , i could tell you what i eat on any given day 2 months ago , you gotta get that down first , were lucky to have a great diet forum here at EF go hit it up . say hi to tat she is great at helping .

Brad.

Can anyone recommend a Manhattan-based trainer who can guide me on all these fronts?

I do know how important diet is though it is one of the hardest parts to maintain consistently. I tried the book Scrawny to Brawny a year or so ago and I still didn't gain much and the diet was so rigorous I almost went crazy trying to keep up with it.

Nelson Montana but I think he is retired.

My best advice to you is to either take a nutrition class or learn the caloric intake of everyday foods.
Just saying "I eat throughout the day" does not mean shit....is the total caloric amount you consume in 24 hours that matters, which I can tell you is not enough otherwise you would have gained weight already. Even if you training is bad at least you would have put on fat which would tell me that you ate enough.
Do that first then worry about steroids, bro
Not trying to be a hard ass, but I don't want you to spend time and money on something other than food right now:)

First cycle should be 500mg test for 10 weeks. Lot more to learn then just that though.
