1. What is the recommended dosage for a cycle of D-Bol?
2. Is it necessary to take anything after a cycle to get my test pumping again, and if so...does it depend on the dosage?

I'm pretty lost, a certain FRIEND is not helping me out so much.

1. Dbol alone you could grow nicely on 30 mg. a day. (although you should add an injectable along with it)
2. Yes you need clomid post cycle.

Best thing to do is help yourself. You are an adult human being, right? Search for "first cycle," read everything you can get your hands on. You obviously need a ton of more research before you start any kind of gear.
