Newbie Cycle?

Here's the deal: I'm 20, 5'8" 140lbs. roughly I know that's not much but I started around 130 lbs. Both my parents are skinny and have never been fat really, ever. I have a naturally fast metabolism and and bit lower level of testosterone (started puberty late and all that). My diet is good I eat every 3 hours or so consistently and I've made pretty decent gains but recently I haven't seen them as much.

Before I get into my specific question I understand that if I were to do a cycle (which I'm not sure I will) I would have a proper PCT and I would continue with my adequate diet including proper amount of protein and all that so I wouldn't lose to much weight post cycle.

I've been thinking about doing a short cycle (2-4 weeks only) just to get a little boost NOT a typical long cycle (10-12 weeks) and I would only do one until I am much older and my testosterone starts to die down (24 or 25 I would assume?). Since my testosterone isn't exactly low right now, would it really be all that bad to do ONE SHORT cycle maybe without testosterone so as to not mess with my natural levels too much (I know all cycles do to some extent). But is a safe way I can do a low risk/ side effect short cycle and not mess with my hormones too much? Maybe Tren/ D-bol or just d-bol by itself?? Again, my diet is in check and I would have a proper PCT and also I would get blood work done before, during, and after said short cycle to made sure everything is ok.

Any advice would be appreciated, should I just wait a another five years or so or would doing this short cycle be not that bad?

(Side Note: Please don't bash me for thinking about this I'm sure I'm not the only 20 year old who's ever considered this and I'm asking for advice/ help not to be criticized.)
 
2-4 weeks will not do anything for you bro. You are plenty young enough to take some time and do things right. Don't be in too much of a hurry and take plenty of time. When you are a little older and have the knowledge and experience then do things right. A simple test only cycle of around 10 to 12 weeks will do wonders for you.... when the time is right.
 
5'8AND ONLY 140? YOU NEED TO PACK ON THE FOOD BRO...........you havent hit your natural potential yet at 140 invest in some serious protein bro and some amplify02 and EAT EAT EAT for real!
 
under 21 yo gets no steroid advice here for good reason. you are to young (not fully developed). diet/training/recovery will take you a long way. stick around and learn all you can now. that way once you are ready to start the gear you will be able to make the most of it and get much further.
 
140 is a ridiculous weight to think you have done everything you can do naturally and steroids are the only option .
its simple eat more then it took to get from 130-140 and you should start growin again, also start addin some weight to the bar!

haha fuck i thought i was excessive for 500g! fuck it but if it works then why change it
 
its simple. if i ate 500g i would lose weight. if i ate around 650 i would maintane weight. i would love to be able to keep growing on 500g. eating all day and night sucks.
 
yeah bro i hear ya, i mean i find it a huge effort to get 500grams in i cant imagine 800g! how many meals you on about 10-12? i can get mine in in 7
 
Invest a fraction of the money you'd spend on gear and buy The Bodybuilding Truth. You'll save a ton in the long run and get to at least 160 naturally.
 
yeah bro i hear ya, i mean i find it a huge effort to get 500grams in i cant imagine 800g! how many meals you on about 10-12? i can get mine in in 7

10 on off days and 11 on training days
 
hey baloo, im 21 in august and im 14st at the minute, but I have been as heavy as 15st 6 at one point, thats natural too btw and with quite low body fat. I have all the same problems as you. My parents are skinny and if i stopped training and eating I would defo end up about 10st. You cant let things like that hold you back. You probs think your eating alot but your probably not eating as much as you think in reality. Id love to start a cyle when im 21 and use my age as an excuse but if im honest with myself I know im still not fully developed even at nearly 21. I dont even shave properly yet lol. Its not always about age but just judging how you feel in yourself. I can honestly say I dont feel like a fully developed man yet so steroids would just be such a waste at this point. Just eat like a horse and train hard and you'll easily be able to pack some more pounds on. I hardly ever dare write anything lol I just normally read but I can identify where you are so I thought I would write back to you. Theres so much good info here just get your head down and work hard, good luck :)

I was 5'9 145 pounds when i was your age. Thats a good age to start training hard and eating. Both my parents are skinny too. I started eating about 8-9 meals a day, stuff like rice, chicken breasts, tuna fish, pasta and some breads. Along with the foods i was taking protein shakes in between meals. Before i knew it i was up around 160. Then i went to college and forgot how to eat. :worried: But if your dedicated to it, it can happen.
