Here it is...Ive been researching all of this for a WHILE now, and ive gotten my diet and workouts down to a science.
My stats are:
Age: 20
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 170
bf%: 8-9
Goals: Id like to gain between 10-15lbs of mass, and try to keep as much as possible post cycle.
With searching through the posts, and what Ive heard from users i know- this is what ive come up with for my first cycle.
Deca @ 400mg/wk wks 1-10
Primo @ 300mg/wk wks 1-10
Starting clomid after last shot:
300 mg first day
100 mg next 10 days
50 mg next 10 days
I was thinking about throwing in some Winny- @50mg ED for wks 5-10- not sure about that though-
Please give me any help/advice/comments you can..I wanna make this as good as possible for my first -
