Newbie Cutting Cycle

I have been training consistently now for two years, finally took all diet advice on here and tightened up. I bulked this winter, diet only, but my bulk wasn't as clean as it should have been. I have read many articles and stickys on aas and pct but still don't feel I know a thing about cycling. I am planning a cutting cycle for my first cycle. I am 5"10 248, approx 20 percent body fat. My diet as follows:
Protein shake pre workout-60gpro-1gft-7gcarbs
Workout daily every morning due to schedule, train 1 muscle group each day, six days a week with 30 min on elyptical each day, sunday off.
Post workout meal/breakfast: protein shake, 6 egg whites, half cup brown rice
10 am 1 oz mixed nuts
Lunch 2 cans of tuna, half banana
Pm snack 1 8 oz chicken breast
Dinner 4 cups spinach leaves, 8 oz ribeye, half cup of brown rice.
Daily mv, creatine suppl, 3k fish oil
Proposed cycle:
Turanaplex 50 mg daily wk 1-4
Test Enanth 500 weekly m-250 thurs 250
Arimidex on hand if sSx gyno or bloat
Standard nolva clomid pct in sticky to begin 2 weeks after last. Shot of enanth.
Reason I opt fot tbol vs dbol is less aromitization which I see as a preventitive out of the gate.
Suggestions or critiques please
 
Too much protein in the morning, spread that out over the day. Not enough small meals during the day - spread your food out more. Also, do you're macros, I don't have time, but it does not look like your macros are good - you need to know your macros and calories if you are cutting. Also, I'd pick apples over bananas for carbs unless you eat green bananas - ripe bananas actually are pretty high GI. I also would choose top sirloin over ribeye.

I also wouldn't call it a cutting cycle - it's more of a lean gainer or recomp due to the gear selected, but it will work.
 
LBMI 195, 3155 cal daily to support this at my current activity level, dropped to 2000 cal for cutting. 125g of carbs, 200 grams of protein, 77g fat. Basing calorie intake on LBMI. Any better gear recommendations?

That's to dramatic of a cut in cals. you should be between 400 and 600 cals below your lbm. YOur going to take muscle with that cut in cals. Move up you protein closer to 300 gr to get your cals up to 2500 to 2700 range it'll take longer but you'll save yourself some muscle.
 
Ok thanks will do, split the middle with 2600 cals. Another question, considering clean diet and cardio are in check, is it safe to say building more lean muscle will aid in better fat loss in time?
 
DO NOT CUT CALORIES RIGHT AWAY. EAT CLEAN at maintenance for 8-10 weeks, THEN think about cutting 10 percent of your calorie intake. You will be much more successful long term this way. Youre correct of course about muscle and metabolism. You will of course gain muscle from this regimine if followed well. Also do NOT forget to CHEAT! Raises leptin, keeps cortisol at bay..
 
Debating whether to change to test prop 100mg EOD or stick with enanthate. I like what I read about prop. If I stick with enanthate I believe I will run tbol for last week, 10, until PCT begins as a bridge. Which will be better for me?
Option 1:
Test E 500mgx10 weeks
Turanaplex 50mg wk 1-4 then wk 10-12 as a bridge
Adex if ssx
Clomid/Nolva Pct

Option 2:
Test Prop 100mg EODx 10 weeks
Turanaplex 50mg wk 1-4
Adex if ssx
Clomid/nolva PCT
 
I believe you are right, my reading and research steered me from test enanthate to test prop, now think I am leaning toward Anavar rather than Turanaplex. Originally chose Turanaplex because I read a lot of reviews on less aromatization with greater strength increases vs Anavar. But I have no experience with either. I now know for sure I will run Test prop eod at 100mgx8wks , the question is var at 40mg ed x 8 weeks, or Turanaplex x 4 weeks at beginning. I do know that tbol won't necessarily be needed to front load since prop is shorter acting than enanthate. What would your choice be?
