Newbie Clen questions

I've researched it a little, but I wanted to get the opinion of some of you with some knowledge and experience before I buy and try.

1. Should I be doing a lot of cardio on clen? (I've heard different opinions, like it damages the heart muscle if you do cardio...)

2. Is it okay to use clen by itself without any form of test or steroid to loose weight.

3. Should I continue to eat when I'm hungry while on clen (Does it reduce your appetite, and about how many calories should I consume?)

4. Is it safe for woman, and if so, are there any special precautions she should take?

5. Can anyone compare and contrast Clen with Adipex?

Have you looked at Albuterol as an alternative to Clen? Sides are a lot less then Clen and many report actually improves their cardio sessions. If your a female then I would suggest Albuterol firstly. I know a female on it presently and doing very well.
 
1.Yes, clen isn’t good for the heart. That’s one reason you should use it.

2.Yes you can use it by itself to lose weight

3.You probably won’t be that hungry while on clen.

4.Its not really safe for anyone, but yes, women can use it.

5.Adipex is another over-hyped nervous system stimulant. It’s a good appetite suppressant but nothing special IMO.

Overall clen kinda sucks. The minor fat loss you may experience don’t outweigh the anxiety, rapid heartbeat, and sleep deprivation you will likely experience on it. You would get better fat loss results from one of the many available 7-keto based fat burners on the market.

As clenbuterol is a stimulatory drug, when you stop taking it, there is a 'rebound' which is rapid weight/fat gain.

This is particularily noticeable in competitive bodybuilders who use performance enhancing drugs, some have gained 10 -20 pounds in the first week after a comp.

For a more recreational user, there is still a 'rebound', so IMHO, the benefits of clen are short-lived, whereas learning how to manipulate your diet and trainng for optimal results is not.
 
why use clen when you can use your diet and cardio to have the same effect, granted it may take a bit longer but no sides..

1. yes you should do lots of cardio to maximize the full benefits of clen (same with albuterol). it has been reported that heart damage can occur with high doses and or extended periods of use.

2. it is ok to use without test but i dont recommend it epspecially if you have accumulated any sort of decent muscle mass. i like to use 250mg of test a wek. clen has reported anabolic effcts but on a reduced caloric diet i dont feel its enough to prevent significant muscle loss.

3. i havent found clen to be much of an appetite suppressant. i like to snack on natty pb between meals if hungry but I eat every 2 hours so the snacking happens about only once a day. i would start with a daily caloric intake of whatever you start to lose weight naturally. DO NOT reduce protein intake. if u have been taking 400 grams a day stay there and reduce carbs to get 2 your target calorie range. if u have 2 reduce fats b4 protein to get there.

4. i know of one woman who has used it. she couldnt handle half the dosage as a typical male but that is to be expected.

5. never tried the other compound.
