Absolute newbie when it comes to this stuff. I used to work out a lot but work and lifestyle got the better of me...blah blah excuse. I've recently started working out again but my gains are coming very slowly (I'm terribly overweight at 285lbs) and I have more frequent sports injuries all the time.(again due to my excessive fat)
I'm considering "winny" what do I need to know about cycles and other things to take with it etc. Thanks for any help.
