hi everyone,
Im new to this forum and i really need advice. I am 5'5, I weigh around 130-135 pounds, and my body fat is 19%. I train 3-4x a week in tae kwon do and thats it. (consists of cardio, a lot of upper and lower body workouts and agility) I gain weight very easily. I don't have a meal plan, so I basically eat anything except fast food. I want to start taking supplements and protein shakes to gain lean muscle weight and to look cut up. Any advice on what to take?
