In no way am I implying diet isn't key.

I know you weren't my friend i added it to imply to him that gear isn't a miracle drug. All things must be in place to suceed. :)

My equation is a bit different than your's Radar.

Diet = 110% of effort to build
Heavy Weights = other 110% of effort to build.

He shouldn't even begin to start cycling until he can get his body to respond to heavy training and proper diet. At 5'11" and 125lbs he's no where NEAR his gentic potential. Unless he's Barney Fife's offspring I suppose.

I agree with what you're saying 100%

Because I've been doing my damndest to gain naturally and I've hit a wall.

Training doesn't mean shit if you're not eating enough. Bump your cals to 3000 (make sure you actually keep track) and see what happens after two weeks. Keep bumping up cals by 500 every two weeks until you're gaining at an acceptable pace.

Since I didn't tell you what you want to hear, let me tell you what will happen if you do wind up juicing. You'll get on dbol, keep diet and training the same, gain 10 lbs of water (maybe a little muscle) and lose it all when you go off. Save yourself the trouble, just send me the cash via paypal.

i agree with goofball, you haven't done your homework either with just a d-bol only cycle you will lose everything you gain and more. Stay naturall, bump up the calories and hit the gym hard. everyone hits "WALLS" while lifting but that doesn't mean go get some sause.

how long have you been lifting and how old are you?

When I started lifting in my mid 30's I was 5'10" and 128lbs. I started a 6000 cal/day diet and lifted the beginner routine in Arnold's Bodybuilding Encyclopedia. 6 days a week of training. I built a lot of muscle I never though possible. Had to reduce the calories after a few months to 'cause the extra fat was becoming a problem. Once I had the diet under some control hitting 200lbs was a matter of a lot of work. Only now, almost 13 years later am I ready to make a change up. Although, having to be on HRT anyway has made that decision much easier.

24, lifting for four years. Like I said, my main concern is what kind of effect using would have on a different kind of exercise routine -- as a martial artist, I do a HELL of a lot more cardio than I do lifting. It's not unnecessary cardio, either; I need it to keep developing my speed and technique.

I can certainly increase my caloric intake, which I will do, but my concern is that since I can't drop the cardio, I won't see much in the way of results. I figure that juice would compensate for the cardio by increasing the gains I get from the lifting. I was simply wondering if someone had any experience with something similar.

EAT!

EAT!

And EAT some more!

at 125lbs, you may even want to get your thyroid tested. You are unreal skinny

Is this thread a joke? You said you eat 2000-2500 calories, but your metabolism is sky high so you don't gain. 2500 calories is nothing, especially if you're trying to gain weight. Steroids won't do shit for you unless you're eating more calories than you're expending. The ONLY way to gain weight is to be in a positive energy balance, if you're not taking in more calories than you're expending on a cycle, you'll STILL lose weight...drugs aren't gonna help you there.

You really have no idea about training and diet, try reading some more on those subjects before you insult the members on the anabolic board with questions like this, and then tell them that they're not answering your question.

I'll reitterate, in case you haven't gotten the point yet...EAT more food, drop some of the cardio, strength train 4 times per week. If you don't want to do those things, you aren't ready to juice and you should be nowhere near this board.
