The people here can be brutal @ times. But they're very knowledgable on the subject. The way you just blurt that shit out is insulting to people who have spent the time to learn. If your still around and read,read read, you will learn how to get the answers to your questions. Not only the answers but how to ask for help.

yea man dont take it personally, we've been amazed by the influux of newbies around here, but its all good. we understand why you guys come here and ask and its alot better than asking some dick at the gym for advice, then overpaying for some fake shit that will only make you sick.
