Newbie, 1st Cycle

Starting a cycle of Sust - 250mg/Week for 10 weeks. My source and close friend reccommends that I begin with this for my very first cycle. I am wondering what kind of gains I will see from this cycle. I am concerned that it may be a bit low of a dose, but granted I am just starting out.

I'm 6'1 200lbs and work out 6 days a week. I eat fairly healthy (pasta, meats, fish)

Any imput is appreciated.
 
Glad to see someone starting out low for the first cycle. You should see some decent gains off this. Eat big and lift big man. Don't forget your PCT though.

Don't mean to tempt you but I'm on my first cycle right now at 500mg of Sust per week, up about 15lbs now at the end of week 5.................
 
looks great for a first cycle... does your buddy/souce have Test E.. maybe u can front load 500 for the first 2 weeks then cruise on 250 for the remainer of the cycle... that would be a good one... im on my first and im loving it....
what do u have for pct??

If u are on yer first cycle and u dont know what pct is u should get your shit together pronto.

PCT=post cycle therapy. It is how you get yer natural testosterone to be produced by your body as fast as possible when you come off AAS. If you dont do it you will lose a larger percentage of your gains than if you do it.

what does your cycle look like (EXACTLY)?
How deep into it are you?


BTW JW @ 200# your cycle may be a tad light - I would prolly go a little higher more in the neighborhood of 500mg/wk

im 5 10 175 ive working out for 3 years on and off.looking to get some mass but not a fat gut.im taking test 250 1 cc a week and this is my 1st week so far.try to help me out .

what type of test (enan, cyp, sus)?
