Hello everyone. Im new to AS world and need some advice. Im 6'0 200lbs BF 9.5%. Been training for about 3 years and train 5 days a week at 150%. Strict diet. Thinking about making the next step and dont know what to use. Theres so many and seems like its a toss up between gains vs. sides. I dont want something thats gonna shut me down but also I dont want something that gonna give me gains that will fade away. my goal is a solid 10-20lbs. And would appreciate any advice/info from anyone.
