wutp all been working out for year made good gains but lately i feel plataeud wonder if aas are for me im 28 175 and been reading not only here but other books my diet is in check so is my training what if any sugestions and what would be a good cycle for gains aswell being able to keep them afterwards and is it possible to cycle once or twice a year and keep atleast 80 percent inbetween with hard work

as far as using aas you should probably wait. if you have really plateaued after one year you might try making some changes in you diet, training, or supplement regiment(maybey all three). there are a lot of ways to eat and train, it would be hard to try different things in less than a year, experiment more.

Bro, you can't plateau after a year. It takes years of training hard for that to happen. Several things you should try before jumping the gun and start using; modifying your diet. Make sure you get at least 2-3 grams of protein for every pound you weigh, 400 grams of carbs and 3 - 4,000 calories a day. You should also switch up your training routine. Check out the training and diet boards. Your body needs to be shocked with new excericises to continue to grow. Keep those muscles guessing. This should definitley help you take it to the next level without juicing.

Wait a while bro, there are ways to work through plateaus. You couldn't possibly have learned enough about your own body in a year to know that you've exhausted every resource and training method to need AAS. I've been training for 10 years, and I just started using AAS this year. Keep at what your doing, reading and watching those who know what they are doing is the best way to learn. Pay attention to how your own body reacts to workouts. You'll figure out what works best for you. Then you'll be able to hit the gear and get really big. Good Luck Bro!!!

I agree with all the above, I would reevaluate my training and diet, then give myself another year. The number one mistake most bros new to the game do, is over train, the second is not eat enough quality food.:)
