I am in need of help. I am 6'4 235, and it sound big but I'm really not. I am trying to cut up some. I am eating around 3k calories a day and 300 grams of protein. I have a a great diet and training routine, but i can shred up like i wanna. I been training for 2years, and I'm 30. Any advice on what I should try new? thanks

If you're looking for AAS recommendations, try posting on the Steroid Discussion Forum; if you're looking for supplement recommendations, try posting on the Supplement Forum.

btw: I would recommend supplements NOT AAS.
 
thx 4 the advice. I have tried alot of supplements and for my experience most of it has been a total waste of my $$,
 
Smaretick, I am by no means a pro. I've been training for about 5 years off and on and I found that a cycle of Clen and cutting the calories to around 2,000 a day and dropping some of my carb intake along with cardio works for me. I can't promise you won't lose some muscle this way but it works for me. I'm sure some of the big dogs on here can offer som better advice, I just thought I would offer my opinion.

How religious have you been training? do you go every day or just piddle in the gym , these are valid questions
I also want to add do you train all bodyparts ,i have seen some in the gym who just do some chest ,shoulder,arm routines

waz up RADAR, quick ?. I also am cuttin, how important is working your legs when in this situation. that ? might help this guy out to
 
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!! Your legs are like 40-50% of your body. Now if you want to increase overal Testosterone Levels, then working them is great. Also will help burn up calories since the more muscle you have the more you burn. But most importantly is the test production from working out your legs.

if you dont do ANY leg work then just sqaut 1-2x a week. Sqauting hits all muscles in your leg so 1 excercise shouldnt be that hard for u to fit in.

I had da same problem. Modified my diet and worked my legs. I was puttin da mass on and gettin shredded. Then I broke my hand playing baseball. Been on da shelf for 6 months. Chest turned to gyno and body turned to flab. I can totally relate to the frustration bro.
