I am in need of help. I am 6'4 235, and it sound big but I'm really not. I am trying to cut up some. I am eating around 3k calories a day and 300 grams of protein. I have a a great diet and training routine, but i can shred up like i wanna. I been training for 2years, and I'm 30. Any advice on what I should try new? thanks
